Genesis is a dealer of the Morse Watchman KeyWatcher, and Tamper-proof Key Ring product lines. When we chose product lines to represent, we looked at many things. We evaluated the history of the company, the reliability of the product line, the mean time between failure statistics. We evaluated the technology, and the truth in advertising. We called and asked customers what type of service they had received and were they satisfied. We talked to as many people as possible to try to get a sense of the honesty and integrity of the companies. Then we made our decision. We chose only the best products and companies in the security industry. As the dealer for Morse Watchman in AZ, NV, and NM we are the sales and support team for customers here in the southwest US.
So what exactly does that mean? Well, it means that we will listen to you, the customer, first of all. Our job is to find out what you need and then to help you choose the best product to meet that need. To do this we can come to your facility and demonstrate the products to you and show you how this equipment can meet your needs. Then, perhaps most importantly, we continue to support you as needed for the life of your product. Yes, that is right...for the life of the product. Even when warranties are expired you can call us if you have a problem. We are in this for the long haul. We will interface for you with the manufacturer to make sure that your needs are met. We will track shipping, and stay on top of any service issues that may develop. We will keep you advised of product upgrades. We make sure that your people are adequately trained, so that they can get the best performance out of your equipment. We will supply extended warranties should that be your need. In short, we will be there for you. That is our guarantee.

“I am the lead electronics technician at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Detention Center. I am in charge of maintenance and repair of all electronic systems here at MDC. The KeyWatcher system here at MDC is an invaluable tool to help us secure and track our facility keys. We have 8 KeyWatcher cabinets to manage our keys. The KeyWatcher system is bullet proof and rarely if ever breaks down. The mechanics of the system is simple with a minimum of moving parts that wear, ensuring the system will last a long time. We have been using our system for 10+ years and have no complaints. Genesis Resource is our distributor and offers us free support for as long as we own the equipment. They also offer a plan for 24/7 support for a minimal fee. As we have grown our system, Genesis has been right there with any technical support questions and in the rare instance of a failure has quickly helped us to bring a KeyWatcher back online with minimal disruption. “Management and Training Corporation purchased four Key Watcher systems last year. Three systems were installed at the facilities located in Chaparral. The reason for the purchases was to automate the process of key distribution inside the facilities and reduce labor in the central control posts. After looking at the Key systems available, the Key Watcher true touch was the best choice for our facilities. It provides a complete notification and reporting of key usage through email, text messages or online using the client software. The user interface with finger print verification works very well. Once a person is registered, reports can be generated on the activity of the person. Genesis Resource provided technical support for the installation and onsite support for the startup on the systems. Our facilities operates 24/7 and with their help during the startup the key issues never stopped. Once, on a holiday weekend one system experienced a problem, the technical support provided by Genesis Resource was there. They made the extra effort and the system was back on line in a short time.
